Because all Soft Hush candles are customized to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at softhushcandles@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After that window, we are unable to cancel customized orders.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
